THE NEW BRAND

Welcome to Real-Time 365’s new brand launch

We’ve gone from this….

…. to this!

So why the change?

It is essential for companies to embrace change, continually evolve and grow to stay competitive, meet customer needs, and drive innovation in an ever-changing market landscape.

It is fast approaching Real-Time365’s 10th birthday, and what better present than a fresh look and new feel.

We initially chose the name Real-Time 365 because it conveyed our commitment to operating in real-time, globally, 365 days a year. We are always available, whether communicating with China and the Far East early in the morning or staying late to work with the America’s. However, we realised that the name didn’t clearly indicate our focus on freight services, and we often had to explain this to customers. Inspired by Donald Miller, we decided to simplify our name and message. We aimed for a title and logo that clearly communicated our business and services. Our new tagline was designed to immediately inform prospective clients of our capabilities and what they can expect when working with Freight-365. After consulting with our current customer base and social connections, we received unanimous feedback that a change was necessary, and therefore, with help from friends, our new name, tagline and sub tagline were born.

The Logo

How did we create the logo? What inspired us?

The Variations

Even though we will stay true to our brand colours, which we will explain further down the page, the world is a colourful and vibrant place, so we wanted to introduce a catalogue of colours and unique textures to our brand. We work globally and embrace all cultures which can’t be done by embracing only one vision. Below is an example of the various logo’s or variations of our brand you may encounter when working with Freight-365.

“I see your true colours… shining through”

Why did we choose the colours we did for our new brand?

We aimed to ensure that the colours not only aligned with our brand but also reflected our core values of Integrity, Quality, and Love. To achieve this, we explored colour psychology to understand how different colours will complement and enhance the message.

I’m Blue Da Ba Dee

Blue is one of, if not the most, favoured colour in the world. Blue stirs feelings of security, strength, wisdom and trust. There is no surprise that some of the worlds biggest companies such as Facebook, Twitter, American Express, Dell & Ford, to name a few, use the colour blue in their branding. It makes them dependable and trustworthy; blue is the most trusted colour on the internet for company branding. But the main reason we chose Blue was for the feelings it conjures, mainly being trust, wisdom and loyalty, as we feel these fall in line with our core values and company ethos.

Colour significantly influences a consumer’s initial impression of a brand or product. People associate specific feelings with certain colours (e.g. black is seen as luxurious) and transfer these emotions to the product. These colour associations subsequently shape their perception of your brand. Colour psychology is crucial in consumer decision-making and brand evaluation. Up to 90% of a first impression is based on colour. Colour can boost brand awareness and recognition by 80%, consumers make purchasing decisions based solely on visuals 93% of the time.

The Clothing Project

We introduced new clothing for our new brand and worked alongside Louise and Jake at ‘Personalise’ to bring the vision to life. We needed workwear that looked smart and was comfortable to wear at the same time. We wanted the clothing to be fun, presentable and fall in line with the look of a Freight Forwarding company.

We have tried to create an office environment where everyone feels motivated and focused. We have various pieces of artwork on the walls that shows our personality and creates a great vibe. We have natural wall art made with living moss embedded in to treated rosewood and vibrant colours plastered around the office, we also wanted this to be reflected in our clothing.

Louise and her team were amazing, we had a number of visits, showing Louise the environment we work in and also discussing the new brand in great length. We spent hours, days even, looking at various suggestions, ordering samples, choosing threads and hosting various fashion shows. The Personalise Team’s advice was critical to create exactly what we wanted, the speed and professionalism in which they brought everything to life was incredible. Check out the video to the left and have a look at some of the shots from various fashion shows below.
